FACE-OFF ONE-ON-ONE – BA eliminates the problem of a “peer group leader” dominating a focus group discussion. We conduct 30-minute one-on-one interviews with each respondent to learn what each person really thinks. This allows us to dig deep into issues. An edited videotape of all interviews summarizes the findings of the study.
